To apply for admission to Reception or Year 3 in September 2012 a Surrey County Council form must be completed either online or on paper www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions. Please make sure that you include the category under which you are applying in the Reasons for Preference box. Also, please note that there are no exceptional medical or social criteria.
